Plot Revealed.


Foundation X created the T2 Gaia Memories. They are transporting them somewhere in a helicopter. NEVER attacks them. Daido takes the Eternal Memory. Kazu or whatever the white suit was called suicide bombs himself with the helicopter. The 25 T2 Memories fall from the sky. Random citizens take the T2 Memories as they find them and turn into Dopants.
Phillip gets hit as he tries to protect a civilian. A woman clad in black helps Phillip. That woman is Maria. Phillip believes she's Shroud when he sees her outfit. Shotaro and Co. go out and fight the NEVER Dopants, but they are too strong.
Santa-chan and Watcherman will transform as Dopants , along with Queen and Elizabeth.

At the end of the A to Z movie, someone with the "M" Memory (Possibly standing for Masked Rider) will appear similarly to Terui. That person is supposedly Shotaro's brother. Shotaro's brother is the trump card of Foundation X. M is an upside down W and it can become an opposite Double. Shotaro's brother will manipulate Phillip, forcing Phillip to use the "Z" Memory and Shotaro will have to rely on the Lost Driver and a Joker Memory to become Kamen Rider Joker. This will be the TV debut of Kamen Rider Joker, similarly to Fang Joker in Begin's Night and then the TV series. Shotaro's brother will be played by Takuji Kawakubo from Ultraman Nexus.
The final battle will be the episode before the final episode. The final episode won't have any battle scenes. Accel will fight against Shroud's Dopant form. Accel will end up in a comatose state and he will not appear in the final battle.
It will end with a mysterious person giving a letter to Shotaro, where it says that Narumi Sokichi has actually survived.
